Born and raised in Alabama, Dale brings over 20 years real estate experience to Wise Living. He previously has represented several local builders in the area. Dale was certified as a new home sales professional, earning his CSP designation, by the National Association of Home Builders in 2019. In the same year, he received top sales with his builder selling more than 7 million. Dale also holds his Alabama Homebuilders license and is currently building in the Verandas of Fairhope. His knowledge and passion for the industry, makes him a wealth of information for any client. Dale is married and has children in the Fairhope school district as well as two daughters and grandchildren in the Birmingham area. In his free time, Dale enjoys golfing and boating along our beautiful waterways.
